POLYNESIA CULTURAL DANCE ACADEMY
The Polynesia Cultural Academy is a specialized cultural institution dedicated to the preservation and global dissemination of Pacific Island heritage through the arts of dance and storytelling.
Operating under the mission to “Bring Hula, Ori Tahiti, and Polynesian Dance Legacies into Future Generations of Military Communities Worldwide,” the Academy serves as a vital cultural bridge for service members and their families stationed across the globe.

WE“WEHI HALE “ means to decorate the home in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, the indigenous language of Hawaiʻi. We pride ourselves in featuring the elegant , yet modern and traditional designs from Hawaiian and Polynesian artisans who specialize in home decor, fashion, and art. Welcome to our hale kūʻai , our store. Our aim is to ho’o nani hale, beautify your home with you and take you back to paradise!
“HO’ONANI “ means to “glorify, honor, exalt, praise, or adore.” Combine it with “LUMI KUKE” meaning kitchen in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, and you step into my Tūtū’s kitchen in Kane’ohe, Hawai’i, where I can smell the kalua pork and remember her making meals for our “ohana” while praising our great Heavenly Father, Ke Akua, for the nourishment of our bodies and all the blessings in our lives. We pride ourselves in sharing traditional home cooked meals that makes us nostalgic of the simple island life. Welcome to our hale ʻaina , our online restaurant. Our aim is to share our cherished family recipes, meal prep to save you time, and cater to you and your loved ones for everyday meals or at your next special event. Savor the “ono,” delicious foods, drinks, and desserts from the Hawaiian and Polynesian islands…just like the meals at the Lūʻau, right in the comfort of your own home!
